Judicial member Dinesh Kumar Singh and a committee of expert member Vijay Kulkarni said- ‘If the project proposer or MCZMA has violated the right process, the appellant will have to prove it with the correct evidence in four weeks, if we do not do so, we will not have any option to accept the appeal for not to follow the order of this tribunal.
